Freddie is survived by his Siblings; Lee Phipps (Jackie) of Shepherdsville, Paul Phipps of Shepherdsville, Ruby Basham of Shepherdsville, Ruth Russell of Shepherdsville along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Shepherdsville.
