Forrest Ellis Mumford Sr., 71 of Shepherdsville passed away at Franciscan Health Care Center on Thursday January 16, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Mumford; his parents Durward and Bessie Mumford and his sons Jerry Mumford and Timothy Smith.
He is survived by his children Forrest "Frosty" Mumford Jr., (Sherry) of Ohio, Sharronn "Missy" Adair (Terry) of Shepherdsville; his siblings Gerald Mumford, Patty Terry, Janet Miles Ray and Sandy Brown; along with 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, January 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home. Visitations will be Saturday 2-8 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
