Esther Lula Burgess

Esther Lula Burgess 82, of Brandenburg KY, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center with her family by her side.
She was a Baptist by faith and a retired employee of General Electric.
She was proceeded in death by her parents Combie and Molly Jones.
Esther is survived by her children Steve Burgess (Jody) of Los Angeles CA, Mary Thompson of Meade Co, Barbara North of Brandenburg, Marlaine Little of Louisville, Mark Burgess (Evelyn) of Taylorsville, Nick Burgess (Jackie) of West Virginia, Sam Price (Corine) of Louisville and Brian Burgess of Meade Co; her siblings Sug Wells of Mt. Washington and Gertrude Lester (Junior) of Shepherdsville; her grandchildren Kathy Nash, Joseph Nalley Jr., Maria Love, Chrystal Gale, Steven Burgess Jr., Daniel Burgess, Matt Burgess, Jason Browning and Brandon Browning; along with 11 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 1:30 p.m. on Sunday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with cremation to follow.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2-8 p.m. and after 10 a.m. on Sunday.
