He was preceded in death by his parents Estel Fulks and Violia Hood Fulks; his son John Fulks.
Estel is survived by his loving wife Delores Fulks; his children Deborah Ann Perez, Linda Greenwood, Deborah Jan Cuevas, Delores Travino, Estel Fulks Jr., May Foss and Pearl Coole; 28 grandchildren; 73 great grandchildren; along with several other family members and friends.
Cremation has been chosen by the family.
