Elnora Wilcoxon Hester

Elnora WIlcoxon Hester 86 died peacefully at her home on Sunday December 30, 2012.
She was a faithful member of Hilltop Missionary Baptist Church a native of Valley Station, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin F. Hester, Jr. whom she married on June 30, 1944, she was also preceded in death by parents Virgil and Flora Stigall WIlcoxon, a son in law John Pennington, her siblings Lula Marie Drake, Roy Elwell and Lloyd Wilcoxon a great grandson Clayton Hadley.
She is survived by her children Kenneth T. Hester (Carol) of Shepherdsville, Barbara Aldrich (Robert), Brenda Arnold (Larry) both of Brooks, Dalorse Pennington, of Shepherdsville, Michael Hester (Vicki), Dalyn Hester (Penny) both of Brooks and Neil Hester (Lisa) of Shepherdsville, her siblings Polly Harrison, Spokane, WA, Margrete Rose Wilcoxon, California, Violet Sanderson, Mitchell, IN, Burnie Wilcoxon, California and Bruce Wilcoxon of Bedford, IN, her grandchildren Brian Hester, Delinda Geary, Rhonda Mosely, Renee Thompson, Gwen Hadley, Dina Choate, Shelby Hester, Leanne Hester, Andrew Hester and Sarah Hester; along with 8 great grandchildren.
Funeral Service is Friday 11:00 a.m. at the Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Penn Run Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-8 p.m. and Thursday 10 -8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Friday.

She fought a good fight and kept the faith and has won the race, she will be sadly missed by all that her life has touched. We will have great consolation in knowing that she is at rest and we will see her again when the Lord calls us home.
