He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Opel Noe and his sons Daniel & Ernest Peters.
Elmer is survived by his wife Dorothy Noe; his siblings Royce Noe of Hodgenville, Tina Walker of Florida, Mary Hartley of Hodgenville, Terry Johnson of Illinois and Cathy Lightner; along with 5 grandchildren.
