Eleanor Chablal, 72 of Louisville, was called home to be with her Lord on February 7, 2021.
Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Eleanor moved to the United State with her family in the early 1980’s. She was a devoted Christian and woman of faith who deeply loved Christ. She was active in the church choir and loved to use her angelic voice to praise God. She was a prayer warrior and was always praying and interceding for her family and friends. She was a gardener who also loved to sew and cook. She was very artistic and enjoyed her crafts. But her joy in life, and reason for living, was spending time with her kids and grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of over 40 years Paul Chablal; her parents Randolph and Beatrice Teelucksingh; her sister Stella Banwarie.
Eleanor is survived by her children Verney Chablal and his wife Milling, Tricia Chablal Drepaul and her husband Anthony, Sadie Webb and her husband Chad; her brothers Nahum, Jasper, Winston, Ronnie and Rennon Teelucksingh; her sisters Sheila Sookram, Molly Sankar and Dora Young Hoo; her grandchildren Joshua and Gabriel Drepaul, Kaeli Chablal, and Kasheb Webb; she was loved and will be missed by many.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2021 at Evangel World Prayer and Conference Center with Dr. Bob Rodgers officiating. Burial will follow in Crosswater Gardens.
Visitation will be Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of service at Evangel World Prayer Center.
