Donna Zimmerman Polaski 81 of Shepherdsville passed away Sunday April 7, 2013 at her home with her family by her side.
She has been a resident of Shepherdsville for 18 years and a member of the Eastern Star for 50 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Beaulah Zimmerman.
She is survived by her loving husband Andrew Polaski of 57 years; her children Gregg (Mary) Polaski of Shepherdsville, Sherryl Quintana of Orlando and Susan (Eric) Rhyno of Greenback TN; her brother James (Carol) Zimmerman of Apollo PA; along with her grandchildren Calen Quintana, Jessica and Clifton Polaski, Brandon and Brian Rhyno.
