Dennis “Cowboy” Keith Devers Jr., 49 of Irvington, native to Fairdale, was taken away tragically in the early morning hours of Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
Dennis was a modern-day cowboy; he was obsessed with all things Western. He lived the wild west culture, dressing in his favorite hat, boots and chaps while riding horses into the sunset. Dennis served as a bricklayer by trade. He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and grandfather, he will be dearly missed.
Dennis was preceded in death by his grandparents John & Dorothy Devers, John & Dorothy Keeling; his father Dennis Keith Devers Sr.; along with additional family members.
Dennis is survived by his mother Geraldine Devers; sons Nathan Brophy (Megan) and Dennis “Denny” Keith Devers III; daughters Kelsey and Katie Devers; stepsons Corey, Nathan, and JT; granddaughters Virginia & Autumn Brophy; brothers Donnie Devers (Wendy) and Danny Devers (Kathleen); aunts Bobbie Tracey (Leslie), Darlene Johnson and Helen Warren; uncles John Keeling (Karen); and many other loving family members.
Funeral Service Friday, October 29, 2021, 9:30 a.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Bro. Clay Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens of Mt. Washington.
Visitation will be on Thursday 3-8 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
