Debra was a former employee of Country Inn and Suites.
She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Mary Woolett.
Debra is survived by her son Bobby Joe Nation, her sister Wanda Woolett, and two grandchildren, all from Shepherdsville
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
