Deborah Jean Smith, 55 of Muldraugh, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
She was a Baptist by faith.
She is survived by her parents David and Patricia Haynes of Louisville, her children; George Eric Simmons of Louisville, Frederick Cory Simmons of Louisville, Amy Lea Simmons of Muldraugh, Ricky Simmons of Shepherdsville, Charles Simmons of Brooks, Llyod Simmons of Irvington, her brother Davey Haynes of New Orleans, LA, her companion Roger Berry of Muldraugh, along with 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral Service will be 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-7 p.m..
