Dean A. Bindner Sr.

Dean A Bindner Sr., age 69, passed away suddenly on September 15, 2022. He was born on July 19, 1953. Dean was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. A Baptist by faith, he was positive, passionate, and full of love for God and others. He was the owner and president of United Health Services of Kentucky where he gave compassionate service to the community for many years, even long after his retirement.
Dean was a committed husband and a loving father. Throughout his life he enjoyed golfing, camping, fishing, singing, and spending time with family and friends. He always made other people’s needs a top priority. Recently he has found joy in reading books and sharing the stories with his loving wife.
Dean is preceded in death by his parents John and Lillie Bindner as well as his siblings John Bindner III, Jean Drury and Pinky Sayles.
He leaves behind his devoted wife of 35 years Jackie Bindner, children Dean Bindner Jr, Angie (Derek) Embry, Jenifer Bramer, Shanna (Chad) Clark, Sabrina (Emily) Bindner, 20 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren, as well as siblings Lillian Kramer, Allen Bindner, Mary (Alvin) Roggenkamp, Marilyn Henry, Carolyn Nicolas, Linda (Norman) Hare, Doug Bindner, David Bindner, Theresa Bindner, Joseph (Linda) Bindner; along with additional family members and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home, 605 S. Preston Highway, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 p.m. until time of service.
