Danny Eugene Walls

Danny Eugene Walls, 72 of Shepherdsville, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022, at his home.
Danny was a Pentecostal by faith. First and foremost, he was a man of God, putting God first in all things. He was a fantastic family man, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He lived a life of example and always put his family before himself. He loved traveling and enjoyed the quality time with his wife of nearly 54 years, Sharon.
He was preceded in death by his parents German Edgar and Bobbie Elaine Walls, and his granddaughter Abigail Walls.
He is survived by his loving wife Sharon; his children Greg Walls (Retta), Troy Walls (Angela), Stephen Walls (Annette), and Julia Walls Barr (Shane); his grandchildren Hunter, Cody, Karly, Luke, Jonah, Josie, Abel, James, Savannah, Emily and Lydia; his great-grandson Easton; his siblings Sharon, Steve, Mike, Debbie, Kenny, Doug, Robin, Mark, David, Joe and Kevin; along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones; he was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022, at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Pastor Alika Holt officiating. Burial will follow at the Walls Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
