Dale Lee Rains, 45 of Louisville passed away at Brownsboro Hills Nursing Home on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 with his family by his side.
He was preceded in death by his parents Danny Holt and Rhonda Rains.
He is survived by his son Dale Rains Jr., and mother of his son Danielle Meridith; his siblings Melissa Johnson (Billy), Delta Rains (Mike) and Travis Holt all of Louisville; his nephew Teddy Leonhardt Jr.; his great niece Payton Leonhardt and great nephew Tucker Leonhardt; his grandmother Jean Parido; along with his uncles Paul Padido and David Healy (Cindy) and an aunt Audrey Rickenback.
Funeral Service will be 7:00 p.m. on Friday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Friday from 3-7 p.m.
