Chelsea Loreane Vaughan 27 passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015.
She was a native of Panama City, Florida and attended Bardstown Junction Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children Seth Vaughan and Sydney Parker, her parents Steve and Wanda Vaughan, her brothers Chad and Tanner Vaughan all of Louisville, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Harrison officiating.
Visitation will be on Tuesday at the funeral home from 2-8 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
