Charlie "Pete" Howard Parris

Charlie "Pete" Howard Parris, 92 of Shepherdsville passed away on Sunday July 21, 2013 at Audubon Hospital with his family by his side.
He was a catholic by faith and a member of the American Legion of Bardstown.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Parris and Mary Parris Foley along with his siblings Austin Parris, Maria Parris McCubbins, Frances Foley Grimes and James Foley.
He is survived by his children Charles (Peggy) Parris of Spanish Forte AL and Geneva (Howell Hopson) Parris of Cadiz KY; his grandchildren Jennifer Parris Jacobson, Michael Parris, Shawn Perry, Eli Hopson along with 7 great grandchildren; and his loving niece Mary Rummage.
Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2013 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Hockenberry officiating. Burial will follow in St. Gregory Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
