Carolyn Ann Grubbs, 55 of Shepherdsville passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Alma Smith.
Carolyn is survived by her children Terry (Amy) Grubbs of Louisville, Stephen Grubbs of Louisville; her siblings Lori Baker of Harrodsburg, Barry Moss of Harrodsburg; her grandchild Stephen Grubbs and two step grandchildren Nathan and Andrew Farinas.
The family has chosen direct cremation with memorial service to take place on Sunday, August 3 from 1-4 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home.
