Carl Louis Allen, 48 of Louisville passed away at Jewish Medical Center South on Thursday, February 19, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles Thomas Allen.
He is survived by his wife Leslie Allen; his children Mason Allen of Lamar MO, Cathi Lou Nale (Joshua), Jason Allen both of New Albany and Ryan Allen; his mother Carol Allen of Kelseyville; his siblings Vicki Reeves (Harry), Lori Ogden (Mike), Cathy Saderlund (Robert) and Chuck Allen; his former wife and mother of 3 children Lisa Kingsley; along with many other loving family members.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
