Billie Jo Shaw

Billie Jo Shaw, 78 of Shepherdsville, passed away at Bluegrass Assisted Living (Bardstown, KY) on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, with her family and caregivers by her side.
Billie was a Methodist by faith and a member of Davidson Memorial UMC. She served as a Sunday School and Bible School teacher, as well as treasurer for several years. She retired from the Bullitt County District Clerks Office. She as an avid UK basketball fan and found great joy watching her granddaughters play high school sports.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother Joseph and Monzell (Troutman) Russell.
Billie is survived by her daughter Molly (Kyle); her granddaughters Brittany and Breanna; her brother Wayne (Diane); her sisters Sandy, Rhonda (Darrell), Connie (Kellie) and several cousins, nieces and nephews that she all loved dearly.
Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Maraman Billings Funeral Home, with Beverly Maguffee officiating. Burial will follow in Bardstown Cemetery.
Visitations will be Friday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Saturday from 9:00am until the time of service.
