Beverly Paulette Peak 68, of Taylorsville passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 with her family by her side.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Donald Anthony Peak; her parents Paul and Beverly Hornback; along with a brother Scott Hornback.
Beverly is survived by her son Donald Peak (Carla) of Taylorsville; her brothers Wayne Hornback and Shane Hornback (Debbie) both of Louisville; along with her grandson Dalton Peak.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
