Anthony Wayne Fey, 41 of Louisville passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Jewish Hospital South with his family by his side.
He was employed by TCI Tire Shop. He was a loving father and will be truly missed.
Anthony is survived by his parents Deborah Appleby (Billy) of Louisville and Michael Fey of Shepherdsville; his life partner Susan Horn and his son Memphis Jack Fey of Louisville; his siblings Michael Fey, Sharon Coder and his half-brother Chris Fey all of Louisville; along with his nephews Dustin Fey and Jacob Coder.
The family has chosen cremation with burial to follow at a later date.
