Anna Sawulak of Louisville passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Norton Hospital.
She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Buffalo, NY.
She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Sawulak.
Anna is survived by her children Jennifer Kalosza (John) of Louisville and Michael Sawulak (Jennifer) of Hamburg, NY; her grandchildren Robin Gala, Rebecca Mackey, Michael Sawulak, Jennifer Ruggieri, Jonathan Sawulak, Alex Sawulak and Zachriah Sawulak; along with 11 great grandchildren.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
