Anna Katherine Elkins

Anna Katherine Elkins, 78 of Shepherdsville passed away at Baptist Health on Sunday, February 28, 2021.
She was a Baptist by faith and a retired cabinet maker for Gambrel Brothers. Anna enjoyed farming and tending flower gardens, watching to see the hummingbirds race around. She taught her children to cook and cherished family dinners spent together. Anna loved acquiring vintage collections of all types, she was especially proud of her doll collection. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Elkins and her son in law Dane Roberts. Anna is survived by her children Tammy Belanger and her husband Ray of Shepherdsville, Taresa Roberts of Mississippi and David Elkins and his wife Dana of Radcliff; her brother Charles Oehler; grandchildren Nicki Bowman (Adam), Misty Roberts (Ricky), Janna Hays (Brandon), Devin Elkins-Stottman (James) and Faith Belanger; great grandchildren Marisah, Ryleigh, Kenzleigh, Demi, MaKenna and Mason.
Funeral Service will be held 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
