Amanda Catherine Jacobs, 30 of Springfield, KY passed away at Spring View Hospital Thursday, April 26, 2018.
She was an Army Veteran and a Catholic by faith.
She was preceded in death by her father Joseph P. Cannon Jr.
Amanda is survived by her mother Peggy Cannon of Prince Frederick, MD; her boyfriend Samuel Smith of Hillview; her children Emma Jacobs, Lilly Jacobs, Myah Smith and Carolina Helger; her siblings Jason Planakis (Cassie) of Springfield, VA, Joseph Cannon III (Andrea) of Lusby, MD, Anita Thompson (William) of Lusby, MD, Brittany Cannon of Prince Frederick, MD and Bradley Cannon (Jessica) of North Beach, MD; along with many nieces and nephews.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
