Alvin "Old Spongy" Clyde Perkins, 65 of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Hosparus Inpatient.
He was a truck driver for Terry Gollar Trucking.
He was proceeded in death by his parents William and Helen Perkins.
He is survived by his children; Becky (Mark) Dix of Brandenburg, Kim (Alan) Durbin of Brooks, Susan Perkins of Louisville, Ashley Perkins of Louisville, Tiffany Perkins of Louisville, Travis Perkins of Louisville, his Siblings; James Perkins, Jesse (Paul) Laswell, Sally Freeman, WT Perkins, Bennie (Nicky) Perkins, 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be 6:00 p.m. on Saturday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with cremation to follow.
Visitation will be Saturday from 3-6 p.m.
